We always want our students, parents & staffs to be completely happy with everything bought from us. If you're not satisfied with something you've bought, simply get it replaced within 5 days from the date of delivery except food and edable products.

If your order was placed online you can return item(s) back to us by visiting our school office.

It’s a simple process, Kindly visit the school office for the replacement.
We would send a Replacement note to the vendor and same can be replaced through the vendor shop / school after few days.
Question : Till how many days can I return the item (Books / Uniform / Stationery) purchased?
Ans :You can initiate a replacement process within 5 days of the delivery of the item.
Question :Can I cancel my order, after making payments?
Answer :No, you can not cancel your order after making the payment.
Question :Can I return an item, ordered after purchasing due to change of mind?
Answer : No, you can not return the item after making payment.
Question : What about the difference in the exchange amount?
Answer : Customer needs to pay the excess amount in case the amount is different from the original purchase amount.
In case of Product Unavailability or out of stock, We'll make the refund to the card/account that was used to pay for the original order. Normally refund happens within 7 days of cancellation of order. In case it is delayed, same can be enquired about through our school office.
